Deer Creek Dental Clinic is a thriving, high-tech dental practice located in Tomah, Wisconsin—a charming, centrally located town at the intersection of Interstates 90 and 94 in Monroe County. We offer full-scope general dentistry in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supported by advanced technology and a strong team culture.
We are currently home to 3 doctors, 4 hygienists, and 18 team members. As one of our associates relocates, we are seeking a highly motivated and clinically capable dentist to join our practice full-time. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established, high-producing schedule with strong mentorship and excellent long-term potential.
Compensation & Benefits

$200,000 guaranteed salary for the first year

32% of collections after year one

Estimated total annual earnings: $200,000–$350,000+

$10,000 signing bonus

$5,000 annual CE reimbursement, with increases each year of continued employment

Dental care: Provided for associate and family (lab bills only)

Vacation policy: Unlimited, at owner’s discretion; up to two consecutive weeks at a time. Monthly guarantee adjusted to reflect days worked

Owner is a Kois graduate and Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry
